Privacy Policy

This document explains what data the Reproduktolog.uz app and website collect, why we use it, and how you can control your information. We collect only what the service needs to work.

1Who we are

• Reproduktolog.uz is an information platform about reproductive health: articles, videos, week-by-week pregnancy information, details about the doctor, and appointment booking.
• The content is for information only and does not replace a consultation with a doctor.

2What we collect

• When you register: your name, phone number, and a password you choose. If you sign in with Telegram or Google, we receive that account's identifier, name, email address, and profile picture (when public).
• Profile settings: the mode you choose (pregnancy or cycle tracking), the date of your last period or IVF date, and your cycle and period length. This is stored on our server so the calculations match across your devices.
• Optional: region and date of birth.
• When you book an appointment: name and phone number.
• About your device: a token used to deliver notifications, the platform (Android/iOS), and the app version.
• Usage statistics: how many times an article was opened and search queries — in aggregate, not linked to an individual.

3Data that never leaves your device

• Diary entries, tracked symptoms, and personal notes are stored only on your device and are never sent to our server. Deleting the app deletes them.
• Reminders are scheduled on the device itself — we do not need to know which week you are in to send them.

4Why we use your data

• To create your account and let you sign in.
• To calculate your pregnancy week or cycle phase correctly.
• So the clinic can contact you after you book an appointment.
• To notify you about new articles and announcements (you can turn notifications off in your device settings).
• To understand which content is useful and improve the service.

5Who we share it with

• We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties for advertising.
• When you book an appointment, your name and phone number are passed to clinic staff so they can contact you.
• We use Google Firebase Cloud Messaging to deliver notifications. If you sign in with Telegram, Telegram provides us with your account identifier.
• We may disclose data to authorities where the law requires it.

6How long we keep it

• For as long as your account exists. If you ask us to delete your account, your profile data is removed.
• Appointment records may be kept as the clinic's business records.
• Statistics remain in aggregate form and cannot identify you.

7Your rights

• You may request access to your data, its correction, or its deletion.
• Profile details can be changed inside the app at any time.
• To delete your account entirely, write to us — we will act on the request within 30 days.
• Notifications can be turned off in your device settings.

8Children

• The service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9Security

• Data is transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and passwords are stored in a non-reversible form. Even so, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

10Changes

• This policy may be updated. We will announce significant changes in the app. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision.
